When you book an appointment or write to us we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property name and — for visits — the property address. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Solely to deliver what you asked for: scheduling and holding your appointment, sending its calendar invitation, processing the visit payment, preparing a proposal, and replying to your messages. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Appointment details are stored as events in our Google Workspace calendar (Google LLC). Payment records are held by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd; we never see or store your payment instrument details. Email correspondence lives in our Google Workspace mailbox. We keep no separate marketing database.
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only the strictly necessary technical cookies required to render interactive pages are used.
We retain appointment and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@roomzerp.com; we respond within 30 days.
